Our Quality Process

  1. Farm-level antibiotic and hormone monitoring
  2. Pre-slaughter veterinary inspection
  3. Post-slaughter laboratory sampling (salmonella, E. coli, residues)
  4. Blast-freezing to –18°C within 4 hours of processing
  5. Temperature-logged containerized shipping
